Technical Classroom Training Support Analyst II

Location: Washington, DC - 3 Days on Site 2 Days Remote

You will be the only person in Washington DC. The preference is that you have legal experience. Must be able to stand up in a classroom and do classroom training.

Looking for a candidate who has experience delivering training to all new and existing attorneys. Knowledge of Microsoft office word to construct legal documents and the use of document management is essential. Deliver training anywhere, email to E-learning, one-on-one coaching virtual or classroom training delivers new hire training three or more years professional training in legal preferred

Training delivery includes, but may not be limited to, virtual, classroom training, webinars, individual coaching, support, and document troubleshooting. Using our approved templates, layout, and branding, the candidate must be able to create basic troubleshooting documentation, along with detailed step-by-step instruction for the user.
