Application Support Analyst - SQL/Oracle - Dudley/Hybrid

Application Support Analyst required for a leading organisation based in Tipton, Dudley. Within this role, you will be responsible for providing support for all applications within the business whilst increasing user understanding across all internal systems. Business analysis is sometimes required as is system housekeeping and Oracle SQL script writing in order to manage and support the information systems and applications used.

This is a permanent Full time position working 35 hours per week (Monday to Saturday).

Key Skills:

• Experience with Oracle in a Linux/Unix environment
• Exposure to SQL databases and preferably but not essential Sopra systems and related technology
• The ability to analyse problems or opportunities, and design and implement solutions with full supporting documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional and comfortable approach dealing with all colleagues and third parties
• Excellent customer service skills, and will embrace the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and the Society's values
• The ability to prioritise their workload and manage time in order to produce accurate and thorough work whilst working to deadlines
• Excellent time keeping and attendance

Salary:

Our client is offering a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, and flexible working opportunities.
