ITIL Practice Lead/Service Analyst

The ITIL Practice Lead is part of the ITIL Service team, responsible for ensuring all ITIL processes are understood and adhered to across our client's IT.
The team are required to support the development of the ITSM toolset and provide reporting, guidance, and leadership across all areas of the ITIL practice, including change & release, incident, problem, logical access, and Service Portal adoption.
Ideally you will have the following experience
- ITIL Foundation V4 or V3
- Advanced understanding of ITSM processes:
- Incident, Request, Knowledge, Problem, Change, and Release
- Ability to drive process and ensure accountability without direct authority
- Ability to chair stakeholder meetings, minute, and controls action adherence
- Experience in ITSM process management
- ServiceNow experience an advantage
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, working with reporting tools and concepts

WFH/Office blend 1 x day PW in the office
Based in either Liverpool or London or Glasgow
