Systems Technical Lead

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with a range of MoD Customers within the Naval Domain to design, develop and deliver a range of new Science & Technology concept solutions
• Carrying out complex system technical analysis and investigations, including evaluation and selection of technical options
• Lead the development of technical strategies and route maps for Autonomy and/or Cyber Security within Professional Services team
• Building strong relationships with customers and partners
• Lead the engineering aspects of business winning opportunities

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience in the development and delivery of complex technical solutions across the early stages of the life cycle
• Experience of driving strategic technical thinking and coherence across multiple stakeholder communities
• Experience in the use of Model Based Systems Engineering methodologies, tools and techniques

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Information Systems and Security Architectures
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Assurance and Risk Management
• Knowledge of emerging Maritime Autonomous Systems and Technologies

Clearance Requirments - SC + ITAR This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check and you must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct access to ITAR Material, therefore we can only consider UK Nationals for this position. The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (ie the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
