Software Development Engineer in Test

Software Development Engineer in Test required by a high tech company located in Southampton.

Hybrid remote working. 1/2 days per week in the office. Flexible hours.

The role would suit an experienced SDET or a Software Engineer with Python experience. This is not just a run of the mill test development role, this person would play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge software solutions as part of a highly skilled team.

Key experience

- Test/QA automation

- Python

- Scripting knowledge

- Linux

- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous, but is not essential;

- C/C++

- Embedded systems

- Hardware testing

- Jira

- Communication protocols
