Job Title: UX/UI Developer
Location: Stavanger, Norway

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to join our team in Stavanger. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the user experience and user interface for our software products. You will work closely with our product team to develop intuitive, functional, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to understand user requirements, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and specifications for our software products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and gather feedback from users.
• Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and ensure that they are responsive and compatible with various browsers and devices.
• Work with developers to integrate designs into the software application, and ensure that they are functional and meet the user requirements.
• Continuously monitor and improve the user experience by analysing user feedback, usage data, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design and development.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
