Interviews will be arranged ASAP and will be in two stages and all conducted via MS Teams and a 2-stage process. So, no need for a face-to-face interview unless you want one!

This company is looking to HIRE a Driven, Motivated and Engaging SOFT SKILLS Driven System Analyst with experience of Leasing and or lending Finance Experience and who can communicate well and happy to be stakeholder focused. Someone who is not Afraid to get stuck in and be hands on when needed We are looking for a Relationship Builder and the Maturity to work in a Fast-paced Projects led Environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting how users interact with their existing systems
• Running workshops with stakeholders to capture wish list items and pain points
• Understand what data is captured and question the quality and method of data capture
• Exploring new integration opportunities to import/export data or enhance system utility
• Hold the primary understanding of the system's place in the broader ecosystem of business software
• Liaising with system stakeholders to communicate capabilities and requirements
• Ensuring system changes/enhancements are in line with central data and technology strategies
• Review existing processes to identify opportunities to increase efficiency in the system or the team's working methods.
• Becoming the Private Credit system SME to be a pivotal contributor to decisions such as the procurement of new and related software

Knowledge and Experience

• 5+ years experience in a similar role or function
• Has worked in a leasing and/or lending finance business.
• Experience scoping technical requirements tickets for a developer audience, including user stories
• Knowledgeable of leasing & lending core business and Salesforce
• Problem-solver mindset, always wanting to know how calculations are made or hose processes are put together
• Data savvy with a strong understanding of the factors that can impact data quality and its reportability from within a system.
• Comfortable producing reports ad-hoc and liaising with reporting functions
• Able to work autonomously and own a system
• Ability to translate technical requirements/processes to a non-technical audience and vice-versa
• Curious mindset - questioning why tasks are completed in a particular way
• Experienced at articulating requirements for product teams or development teams
• Strong communication skills - comfortable speaking to a range of stakeholders and making recommendations on usage
• Personable and able to maintain good relationships with external partners, contractors, consultants etc.
• Experience in streamlining processes, utilising software where required
