Customer Support Analyst

We are currently looking for Colleague Support Analysts to join the established support team at NatWest, full training on the banks processes and systems will be provided. The role will require you to attend the newly designed office space 1 day a week and homework the remainder.

What you will do

• Support colleagues with a variety of queries including HR, Room Bookings, Property and Procurement queries.
• You will be assigned one area for focus with upskilling to support colleague demand.
• You'll use effective questioning techniques to gather relevant information to resolve colleague queries at first point in line with the NatWest policies and processes.
• Ensure all colleague requests are raised within the agreed timescales and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and relevant NatWest Policies.
• Ensure that liaison with third party suppliers and teams enable an excellent service delivery.
• Ensure that the colleague receives a satisfactory level of service with each request or concern, highlighting any issues/escalations to the team seniors.
• Provide colleague support and issue resolution via our internal chat bot.

What you will need

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience working in a similar environment in customer service.
• A desire to learn new skills.
