Our Client

Our client is a leading solutions provider in the industrial sector. They are looking for talented individuals to come in and hit the ground running and join their growing team in Middlesbrough.

Role Overview

• Administer company systems to the highest level of accuracy.
• Provide 3rd line support to all ICT teams and report to management on system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service, software and hardware issues.
• Responsible for administering, upgrading and maintaining all Back End systems.
• Install, configure and maintain service, software, hardware and application components.

Skills

• Previous experience in a systems administrator role (2+ years).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Configuration and management of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory & Azure.
• Excellent communication skills.

Good knowledge and experience in the following Microsoft technologies:

• Azure
• Office 365
• Windows 10/11
• ITIL
• RDS/App-V
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Hyper-V/SCVMM
• Windows 2003 - 2022
