NOC Engineer - (NO SHIFT WORK)

Hybrid 2 days on site

We are partnered with a global telecommunications business who are looking for a seasoned NOC Engineer to join their team as they embark on several exciting changes.

This role will be working across a large team and be customer facing, so communication will be crucial in becoming an integral part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering on SLA's whilst documenting progress
• Be able to problem solve and deliver solutions in a practical manner
• Be able to use your initiative and help deliver a first class customer experience
• Continuously monitor Technology changes and keep updated with best practices
• Mentor and train junior members

Experience

• Extensive IP Networking experience
• Cisco background ideally CCNA or CCNP certified
• Juniper experienced
• Experienced across Data Networking
