An excellent opportunity has become available to join the trade compliance team in ensuring all related activities, departments and movement of people and goods are compliant.

Key Accountabilities:
. Prepare export documentation to facilitate compliant movement of goods
. Document and maintain specific import and export process
. Assist with digital transformation of trade compliance process
. Support audit activity
. Advises business departments on import/export questions
. Attend meetings and reviews of new bespoke features to highlight trade compliance topics
. Support with the creation of templates of trade compliance training the business
. Monitors the internal driver risk platform and communicates changes to the Trade Compliance Manager
. Supports with the internal driver permit printing process and driving approvals

Skills & Qualifications
. Experience working in an international business within finance, sales or logistics role
. Must be able to work under pressure and manage diverse topics.
. Research experience
. Ability to manage own workloads.
. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
. Confident in dealing with internal and external people.
. Experienced with Microsoft Office
