Content Optimisation Specialist

Content Optimisation Specialist - Amsterdam - 6 months+

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Content Optimisation Specialist to join our global fashion client based in Amsterdam.

As part of the E-commerce Content Activation team, together with the team your focus is to develop, implement and optimise creative content strategies.

The Content Optimisation Specialist is working closely with Content Specialists, Content Publicists, Site Merchandisers and CX stakeholders. The goal of the role is to optimise content on the website by analysing user behaviour, content trends, stock availability and competitor bench-marking.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Weekly monitoring of performance (user behaviour and stock status) & optimisation
• Monthly monitoring of content performance: learnings, trends, gap analysis, suggestions for improvement for Content and Creative Marketing teams
• Monthly mock-ups creation based on GTM, UX and Content insights
• Creative Marketing monthly briefs: utilize content insights to brief most relevant and consumer-engaging stories
• Content trend reporting
• AB testing ideas based on all above insights and competitor trends
• UGC ownership and optimisation strategy development on content pages

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

• 2-4 years of work experience in E-commerce
• Experience with analytics and reporting: ability to extract relevant data and apply critical judgment to provide insights
• Experience with creative agency briefs
• Experience with creating/reviewing E-commerce wireframes (from a visual and storytelling perspective)
• Data-driven mindset: experience with analytics tools
• Project management skills

• Attention to detail

Details of the contract:

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: 6 months (+extensions)

Hours per week: 40

Location: hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite in Amsterdam
