Lead Data Warehouse Engineer (SAP 4HANA)

We're seeking a Lead Data Warehouse Engineer on behalf of a globally renowned Investment Bank based in Northampton.

This role is AVP level and sits within a central Risk Technology department who deliver solutions across the bank via enterprise (SAP)/cloud (AWS) platforms worldwide.

This is a very experienced team with strong investment and roadmap plans in the UK. In addition, the role will give you the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders with the business.

This is a key position within the department, and the candidate who receives the position can expect a very strong progression path into a delivery lead/scrum master role down the line.

Key Skills:

• Strong commercial experience with SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP S/4HANA .
• Commercial experience using AWS services or public cloud vendors is advantageous.
• Experience with databases such as SQL or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of Business Management Information applications development using SAP BW and 4HANA
• Leading development processes and supporting the team including junior members
• Engaging with key stakeholders within the technology side of the business

Where: This role is based in Northampton and you must be happy to visit the office on a hybrid basis. The team use a hybrid model and welcome a flexible arrangement, they are typically onsite 2/3 days a week.
