Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Ab Initio Developer on a remote basis for an initial 3 months contract.

Job Spec:
Our client are looking for a talented Ab-Initio developer with experience in Metadata-Hub and knowledge in Data Governance.

As a member of our Insights & Data practice, you will be part of a global network of experts and work to design and deliver modern Metadata hub solutions to our clients.

Create and design data solutions enabling seamless delivery of data and is responsible for collecting, parsing, managing, and analysing large sets of data across different domains for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Ab-Initio Graphs and Technical, Business Lineage in Ab Initio M-Hub
- Hands-on experience on importing meta data from various source using importers/extractors
- Hands-on experience on subject area (Business Asset, Technical Asset, Business Glossary, Policies and Standards, Reference data)
- Hands-on experience on UI Customization/Configurations/Dynamic Attributes
- Hands-on experiencing in extending metadata model (creating new object classes, cloning base-class)
- Good to have Ab Initio Admin skills to support upgrades, patch installations, migrations of code between environments, fresh installation of Ab Initio components (M-hub, Query IT, Conduct IT, Express IT, Control center etc)
- Good to have experience in Data Governance
- Great communication and problem-solving skills, and a good team player
- Experience working in an agile project development life cycle.

Key Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- Ability to travel and work in the Nordic countries
- Previous consulting experience a plus
