Service Desk Trainer

We are looking for a ServiceDesk trainer for an initial 4 month temporary role. The client is rolling out a new system for its service desk called Top Desk and will need a trainer/release consultant to show all departments how to use and support with ongoing.

Ideally you will have been in a training role and have knowledge of a Service Desk system such as Top Desk. Excellent communication skills will be required as you will be explaining to all different levels of learning.
