Information Risk & Resilience Governance Manager

About the role:
We have a superb career opportunity for an Information Risk & Resilience Governance Manager to join our client's Data Protection, Information Security and Technology, Supplier Assurance, Business Continuity and Group Insurances team based in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
You will responsible for working with risk experts to embed a governance, education and awareness programme to ensure Information Security, resilience and Data Protection processes and best practices are Embedded across the organisation for employees and third parties (including Agents).
You'll be part of a supportive team of second line experts who provide technical advice to our business to ensure they are resilient in line with their Group's risk appetite and in line with industry standards & regulations.
You'll build wide-ranging relationships and explain risks and controls to stakeholders to reduce risk exposure, to manage issues, and to ensure compliance.
Ideal experience:
Experience in producing and delivering training and awareness programmes
Experience in producing risk frameworks, risk MI and dashboards, policies and guidance
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, experience leading small teams, managing multiple stakeholders and multiple deadlines
Ability to quickly build and develop relationships and maintain these relationships and a reputation within the business across different levels
Experience to produce engaging material that can be used in the training and awareness of others
Proactive, ambitious and able to pick up new concepts and skills quickly, alongside experience leading small project teams, managing varied stakeholders and working towards multiple deadlines
Experience in leading and supporting teams is essential - It would be beneficial if you have a background in managing data subjects and data branches
