Salary-up to £135K plus bonus and benefits

The role is with one of our global Management consulting clients/a global SI seeking for a senior level Organisational Change Management Lead/Workforce Management Solution Consultant.

• Proven background in Organizational Change Management, rolling out HR Workforce Solutions required.
• Understanding of large-scale workforce management solutions such as ADP Workforce NOW, TCP Humanity scheduling, Ceridian Dayforce.
• Experience in Workforce Management, and transformation and migration of Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Understanding of functional; and technical aspects of OCM, adoption and business readiness for Workforce Solutions
• This is a fantastic opportunity to start on a greenfield rollout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working on global HR transformation programs.
• Background working in management consultancies is required.
