Head of Operations (Wealth Management)

My pre-eminent financial services client is currently seeking a Head of Operations. You will be responsible for promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence and drive the delivery of operational improvement initiatives, cross skilling and agile working. You will sponsor and promote a clear focus on client service and develop and implement service improvement plans (eg obtaining and acting on client feedback, reduction of errors through root cause analysis, quality assurance and quality control measures and training. Any experience on boarding/novating new customers is hugely beneficial.
