Your new role

Responsible for the development and enhancement of the CRM system to ensure optimum utilisation by end users whilst ensuring the system can deliver value to the organisation for the purpose of strategy development as well as business reporting on core metrics. This position is central to enable them to effectively manage the relationship between the company and system supplier. Ensure system developments are planned and executed to evolve in line with their business requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience of having worked with and developed CRMs systems, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, but not essential, both as a systems expert and as an end user in the field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide face to face systems training, whilst also being able to provide clear written and verbal instructions.
• Project management experience, ideally of both core system implementation and later roll out of system enhancements.
• Able to develop strong internal working relationships and to act as the 'expert' when considering what the CRM can deliver for the business.
• Advanced IT skills required
• Experience of working within a regulated, compliance driven organisation
