Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Driver Technical Centre Executive to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment of 12 months.

Location: Farnborough, UK. (Candidates should be based within a reasonable commute)
Assignment type: 12 months contract where you will be engaged via Hays
Working environment: Hybrid working is an option after training based on a blended approach of "50% working time in the office"
Hours per week: 37.5
Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate (inside IR35)

As the Driver Technical Centre Executive you will be providing customer & driver support through a strong customer journey and support through telephone and email contact. You will be ensuring customer experience expectations are met including effective resolution or escalation of customer queries and complaints, in a professional & timely manner.

Skills and Experience:

• Good understanding of the Fleet Industry Operational requirements desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service orientation & telephone negotiation/persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate with drivers in stressful situations, working on own initiative and as a team member.
• Experience of working with external and internal service providers.
