Gibbs Hybrid are looking for an experienced TIBCO Architect/Consultant, with significant previous banking experience, to work on complex transformative programmes. You will join an experienced and passionate team, where you will be responsible for mapping existing infrastructure, upgrading systems, documenting approaches and transforming obsolete Legacy hardware into modern solutions.

To be successful in this role, you must have knowledge of Tibco, RHEL, Windows and VMware, as well as experience working on Digital projects. As a Senior Technical Architect, you must also be comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders and taking a collaborative approach when developing designs and transformation plans.

You will be able to, and have experience with:
- Mapping the AS -IS and TO-BE infrastructure estate
- Data Centre upgrades and transformation - document the approach to upgrading the TIBCO layer, spanning Digital to Back End services
- Tibco with banking
- Infrastructure technologies including RHEL, WIN, VMWare
- Transforming obsolete Legacy hardware and OS to support planning and estimation
- Technical Architecture and able to interact and lead at all levels within the organisation
- Must be hungry, humble, and high performing - we need someone who will get involved and help to drive the designs and transformation planning forward.
