We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with at least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master. This is an exciting opportunity based in Eindhoven and offers a competitive day rate. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with 2 Scrum or DevOps teams and should have a good understanding of DevOps, Scaled Agile and Safe ways of working. As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for facilitating various scrum ceremonies, leading the scrum process, and working with ASML stakeholders to remove impediments for the scrum team. You'll also be responsible for managing dependencies and integration plans, supporting product owners in making product backlogs, assisting management in setting targets for team members and quality monitoring.

Key Requirements:

• Facilitate various scrum ceremonies like Sprint planning, Daily Standup, Scrum of Scrums, Retrospective, Sprint Review and Refinement
• Lead the scrum process, including evaluation and continuous improvement
• Work with ASML stakeholders to remove the impediments for the scrum team
• Support product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Manage dependencies and integration plans
• Support in decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process
• Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team
• Maintain and track commitments with stakeholders on software delivery plan
• Address and if necessary, escalate bottlenecks
• Quality monitoring and secure good quality of the deliverables
• Assisting the management in setting targets for team members and coaching them in their professional development

Must have:

• At-least 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experienced in handling 2 Scrum or DevOps teams
• Experienced in managing DevOps teams
• Experienced in Scaled Agile or Safe way of working
