SAP Manager

Engagement Type: Client Facing

Description: Our client is looking for an SAP manager to be responsible for ensuring that assistance is provided to all geographically located users with a customer service focus.

Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

5 Key Skills Required:

- Extensive SAP S/4 HANA (Cloud) experience, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable experience in Change Management within an SAP deployment.
- Proven experience in working with outsourced support environments.
- Proven experience in 3rd party management.
- Ability to work with users to understand issues and translate them to requirements.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the SAP environment.
- Act as a liaison between the Business and Service Providers.
- Engage with Superusers and their functions to drive the improvement of processes, whilst appropriately prioritising them and agreeing a roadmap with the superusers representing their business function.
- Manage appointed Service providers.
- Own, Manage and Ensure compliance with authorisation processes.
