T&A Lead Consultant - English Speaking - 100% Remote

Nicholas Bernard are looking for a strong T&A Lead Consultant ( Time and Attendance) who can start as soon as possible.

T&A Lead Consultant who can take the role as T&A Solution Owner for our T&A solutions and is expected to have deep T&A knowledge and preferable experience with: Crown, UKG, WFS.

Our client is currently having 3 Mergers going on and here they get introduced to several T&A solutions they either need to migrate or Lift and Shift, and they today have counted in total 73 T&A solutions globally (later called Non-target solutions), that currently is owned locally in the different sites.

At the same time they are currently defining a global Payroll and T&A template to be used for rolling out their target solution SAP Workforce Software (WFS) and currently they are running a pilot project. Here they also need to define the extended Ownership and operating model to support this. Plan is to roll this out to all the world over a period of 5 years.

They need a T&A Lead Consultant who can take the role as T&A Solution Owner for their non target T&A solutions and dig into all these and understand what they do and what contracts they have and operating models etc, they wish to do this in steps listed below, but they are open to get inspired and sparring from a good T&A Lead Consultant:

1. Define a MVP (Minimal Viable Product) ownership and operating model and process that they will introduce to the local team and vendors.

2. T&A Lead Consultant needs to team up with the M&A Project manager and help with their investigations, documentation and support their Procurement managers in the contract negotiations, Security assessment and work with Security team to mitigate risks. etc.

a. The T&A Lead Consultant need to stay Aligned with project team and solution architect to identify and manage all aspects of technology issues during all phases of project, including design, assessments, testing, hardware, and software.

3. The T&A Lead Consultant also needs to design the operating model and recommend the needed staffing for these temporary non target solutions.

4. The T&A Lead Consultant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good vendor relationships and Accountable that the T&A solution documentation is in place together with the vendor.

5. The T&A Lead Consultant shall take the role as Operating Accountable for these non-target solutions, responsible for securing efficient processing of Incident and requests and monitoring the queue(s)

a. eg and approve when they locally have change requests for these non-target solutions before, they are sent to vendors to develop them and to monitor the services our vendors provide We plan for the vendors to be responsible for doing changes and incident support).

6. The T&A Lead Consultant is responsible for aligning with the Global Payroll and T&A roll out program team/roadmap for the locations we did merger for, and for planning decommissioning and contract terminations when time is to move to target (WFS).

7. The T&A Lead Consultant is responsible for Ongoing alignment with T&A stakeholder
