Full Stack Java Engineer

Venquis are partnering with one of the leading IT consultancies within the Netherlands, who are seeking a full stack Java developer to join it's Java squad and support it's clients to have full focus on the Java ecosystem of their businesses.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join the IT consulting team. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions for clients across various industries. You will work on a range of projects, from business consulting to application management, utilizing your expertise in Java and Front End/Back End development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement software solutions
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code for both Front End and Back End development
• Conduct code reviews, testing and debugging to ensure software quality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java development
• Dutch speaking is a non-negotiable requirement
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and SpringBoot
• Experience with Front End technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
