Service Delivery Manager

Location: Leeds

Salary: £35k to £50k per annum (dependant on experience)

Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join a well established traffic technology organisation.

The role:

• Management of commercial contracts and agreements
• Ensure that all works, and operations meet company, statutory and contractual requirements from start to completion.
• Ensure that projects and contracts are managed successfully to maintain the company's best interests, both financially and their reputation within the market.
• Manage & develop financial performance of contracts including monitoring budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure that Customer satisfaction is always maintained.
• Ensure operational teams work collaboratively with all other Business Unit departments.
• Identify opportunities for growth and communicate these internally.
• Always ensure that your staff adhere to the current Legislation, Policies and Guidelines with regards to QHSSE.

The person:

• Solid experience of running a busy installation & maintenance business.
• An appropriate level of experience of financial management. Ensuring timely delivery of high-profile contracts to a local authority client in a busy work environment.
• Proven ability to balance conflicting requirements to produce practical and effective solutions.
• Previous management experience.
• Must be IT literate
