Talent Marketplace Engagement Manager

Seeking a Talent Marketplace Engagement Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to support on the continued implementation and integration of Talent Marketplace within the organisation. The focus is to transition to a skills-based talent approach and enable workforce agility and a great employee experience. This role will focus in on heightening engagement with the product to ensure employees and managers utilise the product to the fullest extent enabling them to access mentoring, job shadowing, secondments and permanent roles.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing a dynamic and innovative engagement and brand strategy that builds awareness, increases engagement, and equips employees and business leaders with the skills and knowledge to get the most out of the Marketplace.
• Working with the digital and communication teams to make the best use of existing internal communication and social media channels to promote the Marketplace.
• Developing a strong internal brand and ensuring it is consistently applied throughout employee journeys.
• Establishing ongoing feedback journeys to support the continuous improvement of the Marketplace.
• Working with the vendor and the project team to produce materials to support business leaders and employees in utilising the Marketplace.

Skills:

A background in HR or Talent within a complex Matrix, global organisation:

• Experience of working on implementation projects and successfully building engagement across regions and countries.
• Experience of designing, launching or managing internal communication/brand strategies that utilise a range of media channels.
• Ability to partner and influence well across diverse stakeholder groups that cross organisational boundaries.
• Experience of influencing and working effectively as part of a virtual project team structure
• Ability to communicate effectively, both to build engagement and also to support project governance.
