Backend Developer (Lead)

My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join their team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining their software Back End systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain our software Back End systems using Python and Django framework
• Collaborate with the Front End development team to develop and maintain RESTful APIs for our applications
• Develop and maintain serverless applications on AWS platform
• Write automated tests to ensure the quality and performance of the Back End systems
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the Back End systems
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Back End development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong experience with Python and Django framework
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway
• Experience with serverless application development
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Experience with Git for version control
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as pytest
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Professional proficiency in Swedish
