Market Risk Manager - FX - Financial Markets - London - Hybrid

Market Risk Manager required.

My client, a leading financial markets business, is looking for a Market Risk Manager who will be responsible for 1st line risk management and reporting, including monitoring of all aspects of market risk for the business function. This role will be based in the City, offering a salary of £80,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience), a discretionary bonus as well as other benefits, including hybrid working (2-3 days in the office).

As Market Risk Manager your role will include leading daily monitoring of risk for the business, understanding and improving risk methodologies, liaise with the 2nd line risk function and key stakeholders, get involved in the ongoing projects across the function. The role will see you manage a team so previous experience leading or overseeing a team will be beneficial. Having some experience with python is essential, FX experience would be beneficial but not essential.

• Experience leading or managing a team
• Financial services
