I have a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate to join a well-established digital & branding agency who work with market leaders in technology and finance.
As a Graduate Account Executive, you will be joining a busy digital team who are responsible for delivering digital projects such as web builds to their diverse clients.
You will be supporting their Digital Project Manager in managing client communications, internal/external meetings and administration of project deliverables.

Key Skills

• Recent grad with experience/degree in Marketing/Project Management or similar
• 1+ years experience in an admin-based role and/or digital agency would be great
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (We use G-Drive as an)
• Experience with client communication and attendance at client meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to manage own time and juggle priorities.

The Role

• Helping to build client relationships and work with them and our internal teams to provide the best results possible on their marketing campaigns.
• Ensure strong planning, service delivery and maintaining a solid client/agency relationship.
• To attend client meetings and collate notes and action points.
• Assisting with monthly reports being sent to clients each month.
• Project related admin using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Trello, Notion etc.
