ServiceNow Developer - Brussels (Hybrid)

English speaking only to be based in Brussels 1 day/week, otherwise remote working.

Long term opportunity working for a public sector client in a multi-cultural team, can start in April or May or even June latest.

Role

• Create Solutions for Service managers based on ServiceNow, for automatic on-boarding services
• Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing custom applications from requirements & functional analysis for client & customers usage
• Update and maintain existing solutions using ServiceNow
• Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles.
• Engage with the Architect and Team Leads to produce high-level and/or detailed design of requirements

Skills

• Effectively working with stakeholders: Service managers, Project team (PM, Analyst & Architect)
• Curious about ServiceNow functionalities and new releases (Visual Taskboard, UI16)
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, Javascript, Web Services, HTML/CSS, experience in API integrations with other systems
• AGILE/SCRUM approach
• Animation/presentation skills - Ensuring demo and presentation to the service managers (stakeholders)
• Documentation skills - capabilities to write technical documentation (product flow diagram, data model design)

Not in scope

• Management/administration/installation of ServiceNow instance is not in scope (no administration rights)
