HR Advisor

HR Advisor required to provide ongoing support to established HR team who provide a full range of Human Resource and Organisational Services.
The team support the corporate plan, particularly the people element of the plan. They manage the outsourced payroll function, provide advice on all HR related matters, provide learning and development opportunities and drive organisational development through working closely with the business.
The HR Advisor role is pivotal within the team structure. They are the main point of contact for managers and you will support and advise them on a broad range of matters.
In a nutshell, you will
- Coach our managers to help them inspire their teams and achieve optimal performance.
- Track our KPI's and use these to develop improvements.
- Manage the payroll for your business unit and also become involved in projects.
In addition, we require the right candidate to demonstrate good experience of dealing with TUPE cases and issues.
To summarise, you will
- Working with Care & Support managers on a range of Employee Relations (ER cases).
- Be someone who can hit the ground running in managing ER cases - absence, disciplinary, grievance etc.
- These could be from admin staff, and also a number of people who work remotely.
- Use HR data base to check data etc. Run reports from Power BI (this can be learnt) to update managers regularly.
- Work with the HR Operations teams to resolves issues & queries. We expect someone to be a strong team player.
