Operations Engineer

Operations Engineer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Providing first level support for several Pool-PC implementations
• Gathering requirements, implementing evaluations, enhancing data preparation, analysis, and algorithms
• Merging and harmonising structured and unstructured data sets from different data sources
• Identifying relevant patterns in data, monitoring data quality and proposing solutions for the pool PC
• Ensuring support for software life cycle management and maintaining relevant documentation

Your experience/knowledge:

• Work experience as Operations Engineer or equivalent expertise
• Good knowledge of T-SQL and Excel
• Foundation in programming languages, Power BI and R
• Some knowledge of Git
• Basic understanding of accounting, XML, TOML, and YAML is advantageous Git
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken
