Senior Interaction Designer (Inside IR35)

As Senior Interaction Designer you will work closely with the wider group Product team and the Head of Interaction Design, your goal is to work with horizontal teams doing R&D in new forms of human computer interactions.

What you'll do:
Research and design integrated digital-physical experiences incorporating sensors, screens, cameras and other technologies to push our products into the future.
Collaborate with other design teams to define Multi-User, Multi-Device, Multi-Room interaction design principles.
Collaborate with Industrial Design and Engineering teams to develop hardware and software prototypes to validate design ideas and iterate quickly.
Own your role, push design and technology, challenge established thinking and discover new ways of approaching problems in a scrappy environment.
Participate in defining and maintaining team standards and best practices.
Stay abreast of the evolving media, technology and design landscape including the emergence of new standards, protocols and devices to create world-class product experiences.

What you'll bring:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Extensive hands-on design experience, you can initiate projects, process briefs, ideate, sketch and prototype ideas quickly. Deep understanding of visual and human-centred design, how design can meet brand and support usability through natural human interactions like voice, presence and gestures.
Proven and practical experience working with Designers and Developers in highly collaborative multidisciplinary teams.
Experience designing and prototyping spatial interactions (Events, Automotive, Games, AR, VR and similar) is a big bonus.
Passion for emerging technologies and their application to complex problems.
User Experience Design, Interaction Design background preferred.
