Minimum Requirement:

- Awareness of additional technology areas such as VMWare, Virtualisation, Networking and Converged Infrastructure.

- Broad knowledge of IT and Information related principles, standards, and requirements when operating within MoD and UK legislative environments.

- Working knowledge of ITIL framework. Technical investigation and problem-solving skills.

- Highly proficient computing skills.

- Good communicator (Written and oral) with sound facilitation skills.

- Ability to operate under pressure and influence decisions.

- Resolution of tasks and incidents

- Understanding of windows 2019/20/22

- Networking skills

- Problem solving skills

- Infrastructure skills

- Change management

- ITL qualified or understanding of ITL processes
