IT Application Engineer | Hybrid - Rugby

I'm working with a growing client of ours who are on the market for an up-and-coming IT Application Engineer to join their growing team, working on a hybrid basis from their Rugby-based office. This role will have you wearing many hats, and you'll be an integral part of this niche company who have seen outstanding growth over the past year or so.

Our client are looking for someone who can come in from a varied IT background, you'll need to have experience working on a wide-range of software packages, and you will need to have some experience working on (and supporting) an ERP system. If you have experience working with SAP this will be extremely beneficial to your application; however, it's not essential and other similar experience will be considered. You will become the subject matter expert for their ERP system (SAP) and be tasked with troubleshooting and providing fixes on their system. You will also then be holding the end user training for this ERP.

Ideally, you will have worked in a manufacturing (or similar) business in the past and understand the challenges that come with this sort of environment. You will also be using some Power BI to do data analysis and push to improve the overall business efficiency. You will be producing reports and technical documentation in this role as well.

This company is a global business but their UK presence is small-medium sized; subsequently, you'll have a very diverse day and be able to get hands-on with a plethora of exciting projects, from implementations and upgrades, to analysis.
