Cooper Lomaz are delighted to be working with a company based in Norwich to source a Application Support Engineer. This role will require the successful candidate to have a proficient working knowledge of SQL server and databases. Reporting directly to the IT manager, you will need to be methodical in your field and have a strong attention to detail.

This role is an onsite role and will require you to be able to commute to Norwich

The role:
- Perform routine maintenance
- Delivering IT support and resolving issues in a timely manner according to the company policies
- Review, write and implement technical process
- Deliver technical training to colleagues
- Experience working in an IT Support environment, internally or through an MSP
- Expert knowledge on SQL server and databases
- Working knowledge of M365 and packages that bolt on
- Dynamics or SAP working experience is advantageous
- Proven history of working to KPIs is advantageous
- Experience within a PRINCE2-led environment would be advantageous
