Implementation Specialist

An award-winning and progressive technology group is looking for an Implementation Specialist which would offer excellent progression into Project Management.

With this software company, the Implementation Specialist will run the full life cycle of a project, involved with delivery from start to finish.

The role of the Implementation Specialist

• Rolling out new systems to new customers throughout the UK so travel and overnight stays will be involved.
• Liaising with clients in person, via phone, and by email.
• Collaborate and support internal functions such as Sales, Accounts, and Product Specialists
• Product and maintain project documentation.
• Install signage. The successful Implementation Specialist role suits someone with:

• Experience in managing small projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full Driving license and own transport
• Any experience in software deployment and Project Management frameworks would be a distinct advantage.

This Implementation Specialist role is a hybrid position base out of their modern Basingstoke office.

The salary is £30,000 with excellent benefits including, 25 days holiday, Medical, enhanced maternity pay, well-being programs, and more.
