The nature of the work is technical and could be done remotely, although there may need to be some in person induction initially.
Previous experience working for a Local Government organisation and an understanding on Social Care is essential.
Brief:
The Management Information Team (Integrated Adult Social Care) provides a range of data management, performance management, risk management and commissioning intelligence to help deliver the statutory functions of adult social care.
Due to changes in the statutory reporting framework, we are seeking additional temporary capacity to bolster our data management function to further develop our data warehouse, commissioning datasets and our Power BI reporting suite.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision using SQL skills to build and develop new tables for data reporting following specifications from other members of the Management Information Team. This will include interrogating the request, discussing options, and suggesting developments.
Essential.
o Good understanding of data warehouse development and interrogation. Business Intelligence and development tools
o SQL (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
o Azure Data Studio
o Power BI. Social care and health
o Experience of working in/with Local Authority data and Business Intelligence teams
o A good understanding of adult social care
Desirable.

o Statutory returns (SALT, SAC, ASCS, SACE, ASCOF, CLD)
