Digital Skills are delighted to be working with a leading consultancy, who in turn are working with a high profile Technical giant. The client are undergoing some changes and growth in their Finance and Accounting team and need the help of an expert DBA who also have experience in Solutions Design.

You will be working in a project team, helping to maintain infrastructure as well as optimise in order to help onboard new clients and support growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain Redshift cluster
• Maintain permissions
• Support optimisation and redesign

This role is all about scaling tactical solutions to support more customers. In order to be able to do this, you must have solid familiarity with AWS tech stack and the ability to design solutions that scale.

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with QlikSense
• Familiarity with Tax or Accounting data

This is a contract role, working initially for 6 months, however there is a strong possibility that the role can extend.

You must be an excellent communicator, both in terms of Designs and in oral communication. The role will require some stakeholder management as well as working with Data Teams and Services.

This role is Inside IR35 and remote.
