Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team ensuring quantity surveying objectives are met across projects
• Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME) & escalation point for all quantity surveying related issues on nominated projects
• Tender pricing for the construction and upgrade of mobile telecommunications sites through measurement and application of agreed rate cards
• Evaluate, negotiate and agree build partner's accounts against detailed designs, handover packs, evidence submissions, etc.
• Prepare and negotiate accounts towards customers to maximise commercial recovery
• Perform regular cost-value analysis for clients
• Drive account progress with build partners and customers to achieve SLAs
• Manage client expectations
• Maintain databases up to date and produce reports as required

Required Experience

• Proven and demonstrable experience in a quantity surveying role
• Mobile telecommunications experience is essential
• Strong commercial acumen and communications skills
• Self-motivated to exceed deadlines
• Supplier commercial relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with MS Office with strong Excel skills
• Able to work in a team environment and be an effective team player
• The willingness to grow and develop your experience in this role
