Cooper Lomaz are working with an exciting IT Managed Service Provider who are looking to expand their IT Team.
You will be responsible for the client's IT capability, and advising them on IT strategy whilst working on large projects.
You will work to understand the clients' business needs and create a roadmap to deliver this.
As this is a senior role you will be expected to have skills and experience in the following:
Good all round IT skills - Windows,Servers,VMWare/Hyper -V,Network
Azure/AWS,O365
A minimum of 5 years IT support/IT Manager experience
Experience in solving complex support issues
Face to face background speaking to clients and customers
Full driving license
This is a great opportunity for someone with a an IT support background who is comfortable with providing IT advice to existing clients.
This role is hybrid working with the option to work 4 day weeks if you prefer.
PC/screens are provided to WFH.
This role also offers clear career progression with in depth training where needed.
