Our company is looking for an experienced self-starting sales professional to join our growing company as a Business Development Manager. You will be taking a lead within the company in finding and developing new high-quality leads and acquiring new customers.
As Sales Executive you will
- Work with all levels of management.
- Have experience selling software or IT consultancy services.
- Be able to understand and communicate complex business requirements.
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitch company consultancy services.
- Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads.
- Researching and preparing tenders for public sector contracts
- Contacting prospects via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Researching and attending appropriate conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Preparing presentations and sales displays.
- Involvement in developing quotes and proposals.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, video calls and in person.
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's.
- Ensure that any internal company systems are updated promptly and with all information resulting from any contact with existing or potential clients.
- Have excellent communication skills and presentation

- Basic salary circa 55k with excellent uncapped commission
