Head of Finance - Sage 50, Transactions, Management Accounts, Year End

Permanent - Full time role on a 4 day week (Mon - Thurs)

Working Pattern - 2 days from home/2 days in the office

£55,000 - £65,000 plus company benefits

Do you have extensive financial and accounting experience working with a business who operates in both the UK and US markets?

Sentinel are working with an international art dealer who are looking for a Finance Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and join an account's function who look after the UK and international sides of the business.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for someone that has a strong mix of the following skills and experience:

• Experience as a Finance Manager or Head of Finance
• Experience working in Sage 50
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions (EUR and USD)
• Knowledge of Transfer pricing
• Knowledge of auto-enrolment pensions
• Payroll functions (advantageous)
• US company tax filing Knowledge (advantageous)

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Head of Finance you'll be responsible for:

• Account reconciliation
• Management account reporting
• Year-end procedures for UK and US companies
• US company tax filing knowledge (beneficial)
• VAT entry and reconciliation
• Inter-company transactions
• Knowledge of auto enrolment pensions
• Account preparation to a stage that can be presented to UK and US account
• Management of cash flow and profit and loss
• Liaising board members and management meetings
