Employee Relations Casework Lead - SC Cleared - Milton Keynes (Hybrid) - 6 months - £200-£240p/d Outside IR35

One of our leading secure clients is looking to recruit an Employee Relations Lead to join an existing team to uphold the people management practices and support managers in maintaining employee relations and engagement

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working Mix)
Duration: 6 months initial contract
Day Rate: £200 - £245 Outside IR35

Experience needed

• Employee relations experience and employment law knowledge
• Previous experience operating within a HR function
• Level 5 CIPD qualifications or equivalent
• Project management skills
• Previous exposure to risk management, incident resolution and interpreting professional documents
• SC Clearance is preferred or an ability to undergo the clearance
