Knowledge and Reporting Administrator
Permanent; Monday - Friday;
What does the team do:
The team is the focal point for many of our customer's infrastructure and deals with Issues that are critical to their Business. The Knowledge and Reporting Admin will work with the technical teams to ensure that knowledge is captured and accurately documented. They will run the monthly reporting schedule and work to improve the reporting processes. They will also be responsible to ad-hoc and non-standard reporting as required.
What experience will you have:
- 2 years reporting and measurement
- Experience in IT reporting
Strong understanding of ITIL processes - advanced ITIL qualification would be desirable but not essential.
Experience of Knowledge Management, analysing knowledge requirements and checking the quality of knowledge base articles.
Experience of engaging with technical teams and manage Customer experience teams to create reports and knowledge bases.
Excellent written communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivated.
Good problem-solving skills
Whilst not a primarily technical role, an understanding of/experience with;
ServiceNow
PowerBI
What does the role involve:
Own the knowledge management process and manage knowledge base.
Develop the reporting systems and ensure reports are accurate and timely
