Change Communications Officer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Change Communications Officer for our client. They are an industry leading education centre within the North East. The organisation is keen to expand its position in the industry and are looking to improve internal communications within the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional looking to improve an already established and reputable business.

The Role

You will assess the current processes and frameworks, relevant stakeholders and their needs and all channels of communications. You will work closely with the Communications Management Team and create a plan to improve all areas of communication which will improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness with the aim of successfully delivering Change throughout the business.

You will be responsible for producing communications and the method in which they will be distributed across the organisation. You will balance communicating multiple Projects with many stakeholders simultaneously.

When the Projects are complete, you will once again evaluate and aim to improve all methods and channels of communications.

Who you'll be

• High level of Verbal and written skills
• Have the ability to produce excellent content in a variety of formats
• You'll be able to prove you have a track record in delivering measurable business results
• You will be reliable, creative, innovative and adaptable to new ways of working and day-to-day
• You will have experience of previously working in a communications role
• You will be able to evidence in a previous role, working on multiple communications channels and multiple projects
• A systematic thinker
