Role: Distressed Loan Closer. Permanent. London. Hybrid working.

Job:

• You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of distressed transactions
• Reviewing loan documentation to ascertain the transferability requirements pre and post trade
• Drafting legal documentation across multi jurisdictions
• Managing corporate actions and distressed debt restructures

Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in the Secondary Loans space with an in-depth knowledge covering Distressed transactions and experience of creating bespoke documentation
• The ability to handle a large portfolio of distressed trades, adopting a Cradle-to-grave approach
• Proven problem solving skills with reasoning analytical skills to substantiate P&L adjustments with excellent finding resolutions ability
• Processing experience in ACBS
