- Experience working in development, configuration and deployment in at least two tools from below
- ServiceNow discovery
- Dynatrace
- Splunk
- Datadog
- Appdynamics
- Experience working in Azure microservices/native tools
- Well conversant with Operating systems like Windows and RHEL
- Conceptual experience in tools integration
- At least 10 years of IT experience out of which 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in trialing, troubleshooting, fine tuning for the installation and optimum configuration as per the requirement
- Should be good team player, possess inquisitive mind and be a patient troubleshooter due to greenfield nature
- Good communication skill and stakeholder management - needs to interact with other teams and vendors when required
- Good knowledge in ITIL
- process awareness is preferred
