Data Engineer

Are you ready to tackle a new challenge? Our clients in Zurich, Luzern or Bern, Switzerland, are looking for a new member of the team to add value and help their business grow.

Your task would include the design and implementation of Cloud IoT infrastructure components, of data warehouse and data models in relational cloud-based databases (Snowflake). You will be developing end-2-end data pipelines in the cloud and on-prem with modern ETL tools. Evaluation, development, and operation of new cloud services in the data warehouse/IoT segment Azure, Snowflakes well as 2nd level support for the operation of existing data warehouse architectures will be on your to-do list.

The teams are looking for an expert who has completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification at university level (FH, Uni) with a several years of experience in the area of cloud (IoT) infrastructure, Datamodelling, data warehousing, construction and operation of end-2-end data pipelines and data warehouse architectures. The ideal candidate should also have a practical experience in Linux environments, experience with build & deployment tools and their applications well as experience with agile development concepts. The team communicates on German and English, so the new team member needs to have a good command of both languages, spoken and written.
